Printing machine 8-color flexo printing
In the new generation of gearless printing machine autotouch, after the clichés connected to the rollers (boilers) are set in the aniloxes, the crosses of all inks are set with the command of the print master, after the automatic viscosity and final state information of the ink is received, the work connected to the machine is brought to the printing process with a maximum of 400 meters / minute, and at the end of the job, the preparation of the next job is carried out with automatic sanitation.
Printing machine 6-color flexo printing
With our 6-color FLEXO printing machine, due to its narrow width and the fact that it is a boiler system, the time lost in stopping and taking off the prints is low and with qualified printing, it can be printed from the bottom or from the top depending on the customer's requirements; by deciding how the packaging products go through the production process, they are produced and made ready for shipment.
Solventless Lamination Machine
It is preferred by every flexible packaging manufacturer producing food packaging under today's conditions because it prevents solvent particles from remaining on the packaging. With 400 meters/minute, two layers of product are laminated.
